Members of MedTech Europe approved a new Code of Ethical Business Practice in 2015, with the main principle of prohibition on direct sponsorship. The Code and primarily its Procedural Framework Questions and Answers parts are constantly being improved. The Code and Compliance Panel Internal Procedural Rules can be found below.
